Governing Principles and Procedures

If any painting or repairs are needed, all homeowners must submit an ARC REQUEST FORM under the forms page or contacting Madison Association Management Solutions at (904) 641-1858. Please provide all the information necessary to evaluate the request thoroughly and quickly.

The request must include, without limitation, the following information: St. Johns County permit(s) (if applicable), permits required by any governmental agency exercising jurisdiction over the property (if applicable), color chips, detailed description of the request, and list of materials.

Pursuant to Article V of the Covenants and Restrictions for Ponte Vedra Shores West HOA:

"No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be erected or maintained upon the Properties, nor shall nay exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications showing nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Board of Directors of the Association or by the Architectural Review Committee."

Homeowner Tree Trimming

Per Governing Documents; Section 11. Tree Cutting. No trees having a diameter of two (2) inches or more at a height of four (4) feet above the ground, unless dead or diseased, shall be removed or cut from any lot with first obtaining ionthe prior written approval of the Architectural Committee unless such trees are growing within ten (10) feet of the foundation of any permanent structure on any lot or growing within (2) feet of parking area.
