Electronic Notices and U Voting Consent 
At the 2023 annual meeting the Board voted to allow electronic voting and noticing for the community.  A mailing was sent out to all owner asking you to complete and return the form consenting to use electronic voting and granting permission to receive electronic notices. Management has only received 21 forms back. Please complete your consent form and return to management as soon as possible to allow for electronic voting and notices to be sent to your email. This will allow for a higher participation at annual meetings and other membership meetings and for voting on topics that are important for the community.

You must be registered with St. John’s County and follow all rules and regulations regarding short term rentals in this part of the county.

BEACH ACCESS

 

 

Short Term Rental owners are asked not to advertise to their guest that there is beach access via private property across the street from the PVSW entrance.
 
Only Lots 2,5.6.7.9,12,15,24, and 44 have access to a shared Marshview easement north of the entrance.  It is gated and Marshview HOA  can provide owners with the gate code.
 
There is public access to the beach for all at the end of 3rd Street and Coastal Highway A1A. 

 
We are still working to improve the beach access situation. Please do not park on grassy common areas of PVSW or access any private property to get to the beach.

The beach access for the Southbeach neighborhood to our north is private property.  Please do not attempt to access via their boardwalk or damage the gate locks that are there for their owners.

ARC REQUIREMENTS
ALL Fencing must comply with the new Fencing Guidelines and an ARC Request Form must be submitted even when replacing an old broken fence. New setbacks must be put in place. 

Cutting down trees or major trimming is prohibited without first obtaining ARC Approval, please review the Architectural Review page for clarification.

ALL ARC REQUESTS RECEIVED WILL BE REVIEWED/APPROVED AT THE NEXT UPCOMING BOARD MEETING.
Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM

COMPLETED ARC REQUEST FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MANAGEMENT AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING TO BE PLACED ON THE AGENDA.

THE BOARD HAS 30 DAYS TO REVIEW AND APPROVE OR DENY THE REQUEST PER THE ASSOCIATIONS GOVERNING DOCUMENTS.
