Beach Access Edit page

The closest beach access open to all is at 3rd Street and Coastal Highway. This street is also the entrance road to Caps on the Water, and they have a large sign on Coastal Highway (A1A). All other access points which might be used are not deeded to our entire PVSW neighborhood. There are select lots in PVSW that have access to an easement  Lots 2,3,4,5,6,7,9,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,29,21,22,23,24 and 44.  Most of these lots are Marshview addresses.
